All sales are subject to APCO terms and payable by cash, check or credit card, unless an open account has been established. Open account terms are NET 30. Delinquent accounts are automatically placed on COD. 2. Tax will be added to orders unless a sales tax exemption certificate is provided. APCO Supply is a distributor of goods only and as such, does not provide any warranty for the goods it supplies outside of the vendor warranty. The only warranty that will apply to the material sold by APCO Supply is that of the manufacturers. APCO Supply does not claim responsibility for any labor charges, extraneous charges for other damage, nor improper installation or diagnosis. Any part that has been installed improperly is not subject to warranty credit. 4. Merchandise unopened and unused may be returned for credit with prior approval, providing the product is in the original package and is in reselable condition and if returned within 15 days of purchase. Replacement parts that have been installed are not considered new and may not be returned for credit. Special order or custom-made items may not be returned or canceled. Appliances returned for any reason must have original box and/or packaging. Credit will not be issued if original packaging is not with the appliance. All returns are subject to a restocking charge. 5. Claims for merchandise damaged in shipment by outside freight companies must be filed directly with the freight carrier and not with APCO Supply. 6. All claims for shortage of goods must be made within 10 business days from the date of the invoice. Customer must provide APCO Supply with documentation of shortage within 5 days. 7.
