On behalf of the Wisco staff, Board of Directors and partners, thank you for taking the time to preview our newest Buyer’s Guide. In the coming pages, you’ll see many of our leading partners who are committed to providing professional expertise, special pricing and rewards for being a Wisco Member. Our mission began back in 1972 when six central Wisconsin auto dealers merged their purchasing power to access volume-level pricing. By-laws were written, a charter was registered and a vision became a reality: Wisco Cooperative Association exclusive auto/truck dealer co-op. Within a few short years, Wisco grew from six to several hundred Members, and vendors took notice. Soon manufacturers discovered the value and efficiency of utilizing Wisco as a distributor network. Joining is simple: Licensed dealers complete an application and purchase one $1000 share of Wisco stock. There are no annual fees or minimums. Shareholders collect 5% annually on their investment plus a percentage back through our annual return. If a member sells their business or simply decides to leave, the stock certificate is returned and the $1000 is refunded in full. Over the past five decades, the cooperative has grown to over 500 members. Having weathered every economic storm, Wisco has grossed nearly $900M in sales, returning millions of dollars in rebate funds, and yet the mission remains the same: Substantial savings, great service and continually seeking solutions to fulfill members’ needs. Keeping pace with a changing world ensures Wisco remains relevant, effective and financially beneficial. From consumables and supplies to heavy-duty shop equipment, heating systems and lighting, Wisco fulfills the needs of our members while saving money and building their annual rebate. A friendly voice is waiting to take your call without impersonal automated prompts. Our website—www.wisco.com—is open 24 hours a day with exclusive access to hundreds of thousands of products, many arriving the next day. Our field reps and dozens of manufacturers’ reps are ready to provide on-site service and cost-effective solutions professionally and quickly. If we don’t carry it, we’ll find it! Never hesitate to call on Wisco to assist in sourcing products, tools or equipment. Wisco is ready to find a solution to your challenge or assist in resolutions. On behalf of the Wisco staff and Board of Directors, please accept our sincere wishes of goodwill and deepest thanks for years past while looking forward to a great future together. Sincerely, Joe Maass President Past Presidents Chuck Radlinger & John Hackman with Joe Maass NEW BEGINNINGS AHEAD

EASY STARTUP Wisco was founded with one main objective: provide dealers with savings on quality products. For fifty years, the requirements have remained unchanged; prospective members must be a licensed dealership in good standing financially and within the industry. All prospective members must be approved by the Board of Directors and purchase one $1,000 share of Wisco stock for each location. Members are rewarded a 5% annual dividend and a Patronage Rebate based on their purchases. Savings, dividends and rebate funds have no minimum purchase requirements. If a Member sells their business or decides to leave, they simply return the stock certificate and their $1,000 is returned. Any business would be hard-pressed to find a greater return and lower risk investment than a Wisco membership. There is no catch or gimmick. The Wisco Cooperative Association remains among the USA’s largest and fiscally solid automotive co-ops. SMOOTH RIDE

Our Mission To improve awareness of career paths and opportunities in the automotive/truck industry; and to promote technical and continuing training, educational development, and certification for workers in the automotive and truck industry. In the late 1990s, a small group of business and educational leaders joined forces to save the Automotive Technician training program at a local technical college. Through this experience, the group discovered the power of their combined influence and, in 2000, the Wisconsin Automotive & Truck Education Association was formed. Since that time, businesses and organizations that might be competitors elsewhere have collaborated to achieve their shared goals of increasing transportation industry training opportunities. In 2011, WATEA launched the Wheels to Work program to provide reliable vehicles to low-income employees. Wheels to Work (W2W) has helped more than 300 low-income clients obtain or repair a vehicle so they can get or keep a job. Qualifying applicants receive affordable, 0%-interest loans with payment plans that fit within their budgets so they can fix their current vehicle at discounted rates or obtain a new-to-them vehicle from WATEA’s donated vehicle inventory. Community organizations partner with WATEA to ensure applicants are connected to key resources. In addition, regional businesses and educational partners offer discounted rates for vehicle parts and labor, keeping repairs affordable and maximizing the program’s impact. Through Wheels to Work, likeminded community partners collaborate to assist people struggling with personal and financial challenges to overcome key barriers, including transportation. More than a dozen different non-profit and community organizations work together to provide applicants with access to the resources they need to get on a path to personal and financial success. W2W applicants benefit from the program’s unique financial literacy component, which teaches them how to develop a viable spending plan and guides them through three introductory financial classes, ensuring they come away with skills to support their long-term financial success. Applicants also participate in a vehicle maintenance class to learn how to decrease vehicle ownership expenses. The W2W program is a key part of Marathon County’s community service system. Organizations with clients facing a transportation barrier send them to W2W and in turn, W2W staff connect applicants to other organizations if they require additional resources. This symbiotic relationship has enabled the W2W program to thrive for more than a decade and has put countless individuals on the path to long-term success. Done with your used vehicle, do good with it and donate it to our Wheels to Work program today! In 2019, Commute2Careers was created to give shuttle rides to new employees lacking transportation to work. The Commute2Careers program is now a shuttle service for students at the Mid-State Technical College campuses and has served over 100 individuals! WATEA.org
