Convenient Billing Options

Wag ‘N’ Tails takes pride in offering our community a service they can’t find anywhere else! We offer our dedicated clients the convenience of running an account with a credit card number we keep in a secure system on file. Many of our clients find this to be quite convenient when traveling or making a quick reservation on the run!

Day care packages can be manually entered with your authorization also! This will make pick ups and drop offs much quicker for you. Plus we will be able to track your payments accordingly should you need access to your account and records for accounting purposes.

Simply ask your pack leader for more details and we will be happy to begin a secured account for you, provided that you remember and sign to the following:

• All accounts must be up to date with accurate billing information, expiration date and updated CVT codes.
• If you do not allow payment or make a payment on any outstanding invoice within 30 days a 1.5% finance charge will be added to your invoice.
• All clients with open invoices will receive a phone call, and then an email notification. We track communication carefully with our secured software program for verification purposes.

If no payment is received on any open invoice after 60 days, we use a credit collection agency and they will take over from that point. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding that we do offer services before they are rendered. All services are expected to paid for at time of purchase.

Any client who has to be referred to a collection agency, will no longer be able to attend Wag ‘N’ Tails Dog Activity Center.
